FAQ

What is the difference between an Art Print or Archival Print?

There are quite a few differences but the one that matters the most is: longevity!

They might look the same at first but eventually the Art Print colors in will fade over time and paper will change color over the years, unless you keep them in a box or away from the light. The same concept as old faded family photos.

Archival Prints (or fine art prints) retain tonality and hue. This means that the colors won’t change. The paper is archival, and won’t yellow over time. They are also limited edition and come with a care guide on how to make them last the longest. It becomes more of a collectors item, a family heirloom and in the end, worth more money!

How long does shipping take?

Please allow 1-2 weeks to process your order. Each order is packed with care by artist Tay Filrup in Malmö, Sweden. You will be notified via email once your order is shipped with a tracking number, all packages are shipped with Post Nord. International shipments generally take 7-21 days to arrive.

If your package is lost, we can file a claim and go from there but we are ultimately not liable. If it has been lost after an attempted delivery, it is something that will have to be figured out on your end.

If your package is returned to us due to incorrect address information, you will be charged a re-shipment fee if you still wish to receive your item. If you wish to forfeit your item, you will be refunded your order.

Why is tax excluded?

Please be aware that your country may have additional VAT, Import, and Custom’s fees. We have no control over these fees and don’t have info on how fees work in different countries. The customs department in your country may require you to pay import fees when you receive your package.
